Dear Mr. Sweet,

I have noticed that this thread seems the only way to give a reply.

Regarding the reason of my suspension I like to humbly point out that I'm not posting from my home adress, but from the library where I do my research. They are closed on Sundays, and I'm not online every day of the week. Most of the time I'm reading the scientific books I loan from the library or going about my other businesses of life. I feel that your 24 hour deadline works againt people who do not have internet at home and are not constantly online.

The 20% illegitimacy rate was mentioned in a newspaper article about 15 years ago which stuck in my mind. Along with another report that in 75% of all marriages there is adultry, both by men and women. At the time I did not do research and did not think to collect clippings.

But if it is so offensive I would like to retract it, also because it's not part of my thesis: 'Bleu Blood is Black Blood.'

So I hope these two arguments will persuade you to retract this unjustified suspension.

I will lift the suspension this time only. If weekends are a problem for you, then in thefuture, do not post unsubstantiated factual claims on Fridays. Better yet, do not post unsubstantiated factual claims at all.

Please try to grasp that this site has strict rules against posting usubstantiatied factual claims. It has nothing to do with a claim's being "offensive." It has to do with a claim being factually inaccurate. If you fail to grasp this simple point you will not be allowed here.

Regarding retraction, if you post a counterfactual claim in an excess of enthusiasm and cannot back it up, you must retract it. But you must retract it within the warning period, not wait 48 hours, as in this case, only to retract it after you are suspended. Again, if the weekend is a problem, do not post unsubstantiated factual claims on Fridays. Better yet, do not post unsubstantiated factual claims at all.

Finally, please do not use this forum to continue your thesis when you are under suspension. This forum is reserved for discussions of site policy. The next time that you post a non-site-policy message in this forum, your suspension will disallow your posting anywhere in this site, including private messages.

One hears of prisonors who are kept in prison years after their sentence has expired. Am I to suffer this cruel fate at your hands today?

Quote:
Good Hamlet, cast thy nighted colour off, and let thine eye look like a friend on Denmark. Thou know'st 'tis common; all that lives must die, passing through nature to eternity.

Well Shakespeare was in my view a man of colour, a member of this coloured European elite who used to have all the privileges White people have today. He seems to tell us that Hamlet was 'nighted colour,' the colour of the night. The specialists write in google, that it refers to Hamlet's clothes, which were somber, mourning clothes. There are many Blacks in other Shakespearian plays.

It vexes me when they would constrain science by the authority of the Scriptures, and yet do not consider themselves bound to answer reason and experiment.

The Sun, with all the planets revolving around it, and depending on it, can still ripen a bunch of grapes as though it had nothing else in the Universe to do.

LETS SAY GRACE FOR 'THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH

"People Get Ready"

(Curtis Mayfield)

People get ready
There's a train a-comming
You don't need no baggage
Just a-get on board
All you need is faith
To hear the deisel hummin'
You don't need no ticket no no
Just thank the Lord
People get ready
For the train to Jordon
It's picking up passengers
From coast to coast
Faith is the key
Open the doors and board on
There's room for all
Amongst who love the most

There ain't no room
For the hopeless sinner
Who would hurt all mankind
Just to save his own
Have pity on those
Who's chances grow thinner
There's no hiding place
In the kingdom's throne

People get ready
(people get ready)
People get ready
(c'mon people)
People get ready
(woah)
People get ready

People get ready
(people get ready)
People get ready
(come i'll tell ya people)
People get ready
(woah)
People get ready

C'mon people get ready
There's a train a-comming
You don't need no baggage
Just a-get on board
All you need is some faith
To hear the deisel hummin'
You don't need no ticket no no
Just thank the Lord

C'mon people get ready
(people get ready)
There's a train a-comming
(train a-commin' - yeah)
You don't need no baggage
Just a-get on board
(no no)
All you need is some faith
(need is faith
To hear the deisel hummin'
(oh oh)
You don't need no ticket no no
(no ticket)
Just thank ..
Just thank the
Lord
We just thank the Lord

How are you Mr. Sweet? Are folks kind to you? Well, you are still in my prayers and I want to share my favorite Nina Simone tune with you.

God Bless.

===============================================

NINA SIMONE

I Wish I Knew how it Would Feel to be Free

I wish I knew how
It would feel to be free
I wish I could break
All the chains holding me
I wish I could say
All the things that I should say
Say 'em loud say 'em clear
For the whole round world to hear
I wish I could share
All the love that's in my heart
Remove all the bars
That keep us apart
I wish you could know
What it means to be me
Then you'd see and agree
That every man should be free

I wish I could give
All I'm longin' to give
I wish I could live
Like I'm longin' to live
I wish I could do
All the things that I can do
And though I'm way over due
I'd; be starting a new

Well I wish I could be
Like a bird in the sky
How sweet it would be
If I found I could fly
Oh I'd; soar to the sun
And look down at the sea
Than I'd sing cos I know - yea
Then I'd sing cos I know - yea
Then I'd sing cos I know
I'd; know how it feels
Oh I; know how it
feels to be free
Yea Yea! Oh, I;
know how it feels
Yes I; know
Oh, I; know
How it feels
How it feels
To be free

Are there now different rules involved? Is this suspension for two months, less, longer or perhaps forever?
