New members can post to the site once their posting privileges have been approved. Please read the "Welcome Message! Visitors start here" announcement at the top of the Site Management forum for more details.
It would be helpful if you could clarify something. Are you complaining about the existence of the site or the fact that you have to register in order to post or both? Because, if you are complaining about the existence of the site, then I'm not sure why you care about posting here. But, if you're complaining because you cannot post until you receive posting privileges, then it seems you must want to post here and therefore understand the existence of this site. However, you have asked why this site exists. So, which is it?
Maybe you really want to post even though you don't agree with the existence of the site?  Your complaint is quite confusing.

I can't even understand what this person is saying, the grammer is so off that everything sounds contridictory. |

Why do you bother visiting this site?? There are thousands of other sites whom would welcome you. Looks to me as if you have an ax to grind.... |
