Alright girls! I've got an announcement!
There's a new sisterhood in town specifically set up for Mixed women of African descent - Theta Kappa Mu! This organization is basically to promote togetherness, character and diversity education on a national level, as well as provide a true sisterhood for mixed women. Check it out at http://www.thetakappamu.org. At this point, interest groups are forming as the website is becoming more formalized. This is a perfect opportunity for us as mixies to join together with each other to teach the nation about our culture and what we're alla bout! Please go the the website!
