Now, my friend told me this funny story the other day. People in her workplace were playing a game, where they would put your name next to the first letter of your country. My friend is originally from Guyana. People in her work know she is Carribean. So, they come up to her and ask if they could put her name next to a 'J'. Of course she says, she is not from any country with a 'J'. They are like 'Come on, are you sure you are not from a country with 'J'?'. lol. She says 'no'. So, they leave her. Then later on , another lady comes and asks her the same country. So, she just gives in, and says 'yes', just so people would stop bothering her. Lol. She finds out later on that most people put her name next to J even though she told them not to. lol.

That's so bizarre. Do they think she's from Jamaica or are they completely clueless as to how to spell 'Guyana'?
